Ok, so I finally settled on two things to send to the student magazine The-sis.

The spicy crispy turkey concoction,

Spicy breaded turkey steaks

and my old recipe for Pork Ribs with cola BBQ sauce which I have improved by adding smoked paprika.

I wonder if any students will actually try these.
