Ingredients (per portion)
- half tin of butterbeans
- half small clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 sprigs thyme leaves
- 130ml single cream
Method
- Drain the butterbeans and place in a saucepan.
- Ass the thyme garlic and cream. Mix well and simmer gently for 5 minutes or so until the liquid has reduced a fair bit.
- Using a potato masher gently crush the butterbeans.
- Simmer the mixture until it is thick but still fairly liquid. ..
